About Parenting Equity
Parenting Equity is an organization dedicated to improving the family law system in the United States. We believe that children have the right to receive equitable opportunities to be loved and cared for by both parents. Our goal is to educate the public about the inequities within the family law system across the United States, through research, advocacy, and programming in an effort to create systemic reform.
The Issues
Every day across this country, former couples attempt to navigate the labyrinth that is
the family court system. The process and subsequent decisions are inequitable.
Parenting Equity has identified six (6) issue areas that which we focus our efforts.
